Human Data Specialist
You will create and review high-quality examples, annotations, and feedback for research and evaluation projects.
About the role
The work includes following detailed instructions, making consistent judgments, explaining corrections, reviewing quality, and identifying unclear cases.
What you'll do
- Create accurate examples, labels, annotations, corrections, and written feedback.
- Review work against project instructions and established quality standards.
- Document ambiguous cases and explain the reasoning behind difficult decisions.
- Share feedback that improves instructions, examples, and annotation tools.
What we're looking for
- Strong writing, logical-reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a record of consistent, accurate work.
- The ability to follow complex instructions and make defensible judgments when examples are unclear.
- Clear communication with technical and operational partners.
Preferred experience
- Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, quality review, or a relevant specialist domain.
