How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Account and choose Delete account. You can also email contact@leiolai.com to have it deleted, and we will send a one-time code to the address on the account to confirm the request is yours.

Deleting removes your account, the questions and answers on it, your settings, and any payout details connected to it. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as tax and fraud records, with as little identifying information as possible. Any balance on the account ends with it. Deletion cannot be undone. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.

How do I get a copy of my data?

In the app, open Account and choose Export my data. You will get a file with the information your account holds.

How do I report an answer?

Every finished answer has a Report option under it. Tap it, pick a reason, and it will be reviewed. Leiolai is AI and can make mistakes, so double-check anything that matters.
