AI Engineer

About the role

The work combines experiments, evaluations, production engineering, failure analysis, and clear measurement of results.

What you'll do

• Develop prototypes and production implementations for promising machine learning ideas.
• Define evaluation strategies and measurable success criteria before comparing changes.
• Reproduce failures, test hypotheses, and turn findings into focused engineering work.
• Monitor released changes and investigate unexpected model behavior or regressions.

What we're looking for

• Strong Python skills and experience with a machine learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience taking a machine learning system from experiment to production.
• Experience evaluating machine learning systems with representative data and production signals.
• Clear communication about methods, evidence, limitations, and results.

Preferred experience

• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or production monitoring.
