Applied AI Engineer
You will translate product problems into prototypes, evaluations, integrations, and reliable production implementations.
About the role
The work joins hands-on engineering with technical discovery, measurable success criteria, and practical guidance for other teams.
What you'll do
- Identify high-value product problems and turn them into technical plans and evaluation strategies.
- Develop prototypes, evaluation tools, integrations, and production code.
- Diagnose implementation problems, reproduce failures, and test proposed solutions.
- Turn lessons from implementations into reusable tools and technical guidance.
What we're looking for
- Experience delivering machine learning or software systems from prototype to production.
- Strong Python skills and the ability to contribute directly to architecture, evaluation, debugging, and production code.
- Experience evaluating systems with representative data, measurable criteria, and human judgment.
- Clear communication with engineers, product leaders, security partners, and other stakeholders.
Preferred experience
- Experience developing integrations or technical solutions in an ambiguous product area.
