You will shape clear product language and interaction flows around user needs.
About the role
The role includes content strategy, requirements, principles, flows, prompts, interaction patterns, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and product-quality review.
What you'll do
- Lead content design for product work from early scope through finished user experience.
- Define content requirements and principles that guide product decisions.
- Create flows, prompts, and interaction patterns for complex product experiences.
- Work with design, research, product, and engineering to align decisions and advocate for users.
What we're looking for
- Experience leading UX content design for technology products.
- A portfolio that shows content strategy, product writing, and completed interaction work.
- Strong command of language, information structure, and user-centered design.
- The ability to manage several workstreams and influence cross-functional partners.
Preferred experience
- Experience designing conversational or multimodal product experiences.
