Program Manager, Human Data

About the role

The role covers requirements, instructions, success measures, project plans, contributor calibration, quality review, reporting, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements and translate them into clear instructions, examples, milestones, and success measures.
• Coordinate data collection and annotation work from kickoff through review and delivery.
• Review quality results, calibrate contributors, and resolve unclear instructions or recurring errors.
• Recommend improvements to tools, workflows, reporting, and project planning.

What we're looking for

• Experience in program management, data operations, annotation operations, or a related field.
• Strong organization and communication across technical and operational teams.
• Experience defining quality measures and using results to improve a program.
• The ability to manage changing priorities without losing detail or follow-through.

Preferred experience

• Experience with SQL, Python, dashboards, APIs, or workflow automation.
