Data Operations Manager
You will plan and run data operations that meet clear research, quality, timing, and integrity requirements.
About the role
The role combines data project strategy, operational systems, quality standards, measurement, planning, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
What you'll do
- Translate research and engineering needs into scoped data projects and operating plans.
- Define quality standards, validation methods, success measures, and reporting for each project.
- Track schedules, resources, risks, blockers, and results across a portfolio of work.
- Improve data workflows while protecting accuracy, integrity, and responsible handling.
What we're looking for
- Experience in data operations, program management, product operations, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong project management across several complex, changing workstreams.
- Experience analyzing datasets for quality issues, trends, anomalies, and operational decisions.
- Clear communication with research, engineering, and operations partners.
Preferred experience
- Experience with data collection, labeling, annotation, evaluation, or quality-control operations.
