Developer Platform Engineer

About the role

The work covers platform interfaces, developer workflows, testing, publishing, permissions, compatibility, documentation, and feedback from real users.

What you'll do

• Design and implement APIs, SDKs, services, and developer tools.
• Improve how developers create, test, publish, update, and maintain integrations.
• Develop clear documentation, examples, validation, permissions, and compatibility behavior.
• Work directly with developers and partners to identify recurring platform problems.

What we're looking for

• Experience developing APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, open-source tools, or internal tools with real users.
• Strong judgment about platform abstractions, compatibility, permissions, and developer ergonomics.
• The ability to work across web interfaces and backend services.
• Clear communication and comfort learning from developer feedback.

Preferred experience

• Experience with extension systems, integration platforms, publishing workflows, or open standards.
