Finance Manager

About the role

The role includes planning, forecasting, budgets, actuals, variance analysis, financial models, management reporting, business cases, controls, and cross-functional decision support.

What you'll do

• Lead recurring planning, forecasting, budget, and performance-review work.
• Build financial models and explain important drivers, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with accounting and operating teams on accurate reporting and decision support.
• Improve financial processes, dashboards, controls, and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Experience in finance, strategic finance, business finance, or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, accounting, and analytical skills.
• The ability to translate detailed financial work into clear recommendations for leaders.
• Experience partnering across finance and operating functions on complex decisions.

Preferred experience

• Experience improving planning systems, reporting tools, or finance processes.
