Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager

About the role

The role covers risk assessment, control documentation, audit support, process improvement, automation, and coordination across security, engineering, and legal teams.

What you'll do

• Interpret applicable security and compliance requirements and translate them into practical controls.
• Maintain clear control, risk, assessment, and program documentation.
• Coordinate audits and assessments and track evidence, findings, and remediation work.
• Improve compliance workflows through repeatable processes and appropriate automation.

What we're looking for

• Experience in security compliance, risk management, audit, or a related governance function.
• Knowledge of security controls, risk assessments, and common compliance frameworks.
• Strong program management and concise technical writing.
• The ability to work effectively with engineering, security, legal, and external assessors.

Preferred experience

• Experience improving compliance or risk workflows with scripting, data analysis, or automation.
