IT Solutions Engineer

About the role

The role covers application administration, access workflows, integrations, automation, configuration changes, auditability, and operational reliability.

What you'll do

• Administer enterprise applications and maintain consistent, documented configuration.
• Develop and maintain integrations across business applications and internal tools.
• Automate recurring workflows with validation, logging, and safe change practices.
• Translate operational and compliance needs into dependable system changes.

What we're looking for

• Experience administering enterprise applications and implementing system integrations.
• Experience with APIs, scripting, automation, and application lifecycle workflows.
• Knowledge of access governance, change management, and audit requirements.
• Clear communication and strong operational troubleshooting skills.

Preferred experience

• Experience replacing manual administrative work with governed automation.
