Integrity Engineer

About the role

The work joins backend engineering, data analysis, monitoring, incident response, review workflows, and close partnership with policy and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and improve systems that detect fraud, automated abuse, and other policy violations.
• Create monitoring, review, and enforcement tools that make decisions accurate and auditable.
• Respond to active incidents and use the findings to improve longer-term defenses.
• Work with engineering, data, policy, legal, and operations partners on detection and enforcement changes.

What we're looking for

• Professional software engineering experience with backend services or data pipelines.
• Experience with integrity, fraud, spam, abuse detection, or policy enforcement systems.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Clear communication about emerging risks, evidence, and enforcement tradeoffs.

Preferred experience

• Experience developing internal review or incident-response tools.
