Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

The work includes model development, data pipelines, experiments, production deployment, monitoring, and continued improvement after release.

What you'll do

• Develop machine learning models and the software needed to use them in production.
• Create data and training workflows that support repeatable experiments.
• Measure model quality and system performance before and after release.
• Monitor deployed models and investigate changes in quality, reliability, or efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Experience developing and deploying production machine learning systems.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or a comparable framework.
• A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
• Experience working with researchers, software engineers, and product partners.

Preferred experience

• Experience with training, fine-tuning, or monitoring language models.
