Motion Designer

About the role

The role includes motion concepts, high-fidelity studies, animation logic, interaction specifications, documentation, implementation partnership, and iterative feedback.

What you'll do

• Create motion concepts and high-fidelity studies for product interfaces.
• Use motion to clarify state, interaction, continuity, and perceived responsiveness.
• Write detailed specifications and context so engineers can implement motion accurately.
• Work with designers, product managers, and engineers to refine technically viable ideas.

What we're looking for

• A portfolio that demonstrates motion, visual design, and product interaction work.
• Experience with animation principles, motion-design tools, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• The ability to translate complex ideas into clear visual studies and specifications.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to respond precisely to feedback.

Preferred experience

• Experience combining motion, interaction design, and code or production workflows.
