Product Designer

About the role

The role includes product strategy, user research, interaction design, prototypes, visual craft, complex workflows, design systems, quality review, and cross-functional delivery.

What you'll do

• Define product direction with product managers, engineers, researchers, and design peers.
• Create workflows, prototypes, and finished interfaces for complex product states.
• Conduct or use user research to test assumptions and improve designs.
• Carry design quality through implementation, launch, feedback, and iteration.

What we're looking for

• A portfolio that shows user-centered thinking, interaction design, and polished shipped work.
• Experience designing complex workflows or software products from end to end.
• Strong visual, UX, prototyping, communication, and systems-thinking skills.
• The ability to make progress when product requirements and conventions are still developing.

Preferred experience

• Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, platform products, or similarly complex interfaces.
