Technical Program Manager, Quality Measurement
You will establish quality measures, review methods, and reporting that make data operations consistent and accountable.
About the role
The work includes quality strategy, metrics, rubrics, review workflows, analysis, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement across complex programs.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain quality metrics, review standards, rubrics, and reporting.
- Analyze quality results to find trends, risks, inconsistent decisions, and process gaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional work to resolve quality issues and verify improvements.
- Automate repeatable measurement and reporting tasks where it improves reliability.
What we're looking for
- Experience in technical program management, quality operations, model evaluation, or data operations.
- Experience designing metrics and working with SQL or other analytical tools.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
- The ability to turn quality findings into clear priorities and completed corrective work.
Preferred experience
- Experience with dashboards, workflow automation, anomaly detection, or evaluation systems.
