Research Recruiter

About the role

The role includes hiring priorities, search strategy, talent mapping, candidate evaluation, outreach, interview design, closing, market insight, and long-term workforce planning.

What you'll do

• Partner with research leaders to define hiring needs, qualifications, and search plans.
• Identify and engage candidates across industry, academia, and research communities.
• Guide candidate evaluation, team matching, offers, and closing decisions.
• Use market evidence and recruiting results to improve search strategy and process quality.

What we're looking for

• Experience recruiting for research, machine learning, scientific, or similarly specialized technical roles.
• The ability to understand and evaluate specialized technical qualifications.
• A record of leading complex searches from talent mapping through accepted offer.
• Strong organization, candidate communication, stakeholder partnership, and judgment.

Preferred experience

• Experience recruiting through academic communities, conferences, or emerging research fields.
