Safety Operations Manager
You will run safety review and escalation work with clear standards, accurate decisions, and dependable follow-through.
About the role
The role covers case review, escalations, policy application, quality audits, process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional incident work.
What you'll do
- Maintain review and escalation procedures for sensitive, time-critical safety cases.
- Audit decisions and automated workflows for accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.
- Use case data to identify emerging risks and opportunities for better tools or processes.
- Coordinate with legal, policy, engineering, and product partners when a case requires escalation.
What we're looking for
- Experience in trust and safety operations, investigations, policy enforcement, or a related field.
- Experience handling ambiguous, sensitive, and time-critical escalations.
- Strong data analysis, ethical reasoning, and risk-assessment skills.
- Clear communication and careful documentation of decisions and procedures.
Preferred experience
- Experience improving review quality with automation or analytical tools.
