Site Reliability Engineer
You will improve production reliability through automation, monitoring, safe change, and disciplined incident work.
About the role
The role covers service objectives, production readiness, releases, monitoring, incident response, postmortems, operational automation, and continuous validation.
What you'll do
- Define service objectives and develop monitoring and alerts that reflect user impact.
- Improve deployment, configuration, validation, and rollback workflows for production changes.
- Respond to incidents, identify contributing causes, and complete durable follow-up work.
- Replace repetitive operational work with measurable, auditable automation.
What we're looking for
- Experience in site reliability engineering, production engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
- Experience with monitoring, incident response, change management, and reliability automation.
- Strong programming, systems, and production-debugging skills.
- The judgment to balance delivery speed with correctness and operational risk.
Preferred experience
- Experience leading production-readiness reviews, release coordination, or incident command.
