Solutions Architect
You will help customers and partners design practical technical solutions and move them from discovery to delivery.
About the role
The work includes technical discovery, solution design, implementation guidance, workshops, reference patterns, deal support, product feedback, and stakeholder communication.
What you'll do
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solution and integration approaches.
- Develop reference patterns, demonstrations, workshops, and technical guidance.
- Support strategic opportunities by resolving design questions and implementation blockers.
- Gather product feedback and share recurring customer needs with internal teams.
What we're looking for
- Experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience designing software or cloud solutions and integrating enterprise systems.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- The judgment to balance customer needs, delivery constraints, security, and maintainability.
Preferred experience
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems, technical enablement, or enterprise delivery teams.
