Solutions Engineer
You will provide technical expertise during customer discovery, evaluation, onboarding, and launch.
About the role
The role covers technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, integration guidance, troubleshooting, documentation, enablement, and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and clarify customer requirements, constraints, and success measures.
- Create demonstrations and proofs of concept and recommend implementation approaches.
- Guide onboarding and troubleshoot integration and launch-readiness issues.
- Create reusable technical guidance and bring customer feedback to product and engineering.
What we're looking for
- Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, debugging, and structured data.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts to practitioners and executives.
- Strong customer judgment, presentation skills, and cross-functional follow-through.
Preferred experience
- Experience creating technical playbooks, customer workshops, or internal enablement.
