Strategy and Operations Manager

About the role

The role includes planning, operating rhythms, decision frameworks, special projects, program management, risk tracking, process design, stakeholder alignment, measurement, and organizational improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic initiatives from problem definition through implementation and review.
• Translate priorities into decisions, plans, milestones, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes.
• Build operating rhythms and processes that surface risks and dependencies early.
• Use quantitative and qualitative evidence to evaluate results and improve how teams work.

What we're looking for

• Experience in strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, or program leadership.
• A record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from an early idea to measurable results.
• Strong strategic judgment, analysis, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• The ability to structure unclear problems and maintain momentum as priorities change.

Preferred experience

• Experience introducing workflow tools, automation, or new operating practices across a team.
