Technical Sourcer

About the role

The role includes talent mapping, targeted search, outreach, pipeline development, market research, candidate tracking, hiring-manager advice, recruiting events, and sourcing measurement.

What you'll do

• Develop targeted searches and sourcing plans for specialized roles.
• Research and engage candidates through thoughtful, relevant outreach.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on requirements, market conditions, and pipeline quality.
• Track candidate activity and funnel measures to improve sourcing work.

What we're looking for

• Experience sourcing technical, engineering, research, or similarly specialized talent.
• A record of finding qualified candidates for difficult or high-volume searches.
• Strong research, writing, organization, candidate-tracking, and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage several searches while maintaining a respectful candidate experience.

Preferred experience

• Experience developing nontraditional sourcing strategies or long-term talent communities.
