Tax Manager
You will translate tax requirements into practical policies, controls, reporting, and business guidance.
About the role
The role covers tax planning, compliance, risk, business and employee guidance, operating models, controls, reporting, regulatory change, vendors, and cross-functional decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop tax policies, decision frameworks, responsibilities, controls, and escalation paths.
- Advise finance, legal, people, payroll, and business partners on tax implications.
- Monitor regulatory and business changes and update programs and guidance when needed.
- Manage advisors, reporting, issue resolution, documentation, and service quality.
What we're looking for
- Experience in corporate tax, mobility tax, indirect tax, or a closely related tax function.
- Strong knowledge of applicable tax rules, reporting obligations, controls, and compliance practices.
- The ability to explain technical tax requirements in clear operational terms.
- Experience leading cross-functional tax programs and managing external advisors.
Preferred experience
- Experience improving tax workflows through data, systems, or automation.
