Trust and Safety Analyst
You will investigate abuse, apply policy, and turn case evidence into better enforcement decisions and processes.
About the role
The role includes data analysis, investigations, escalations, documentation, policy feedback, and coordination with engineering, legal, policy, product, and operations teams.
What you'll do
- Review cases and data to identify fraud, abuse, and policy-violation trends.
- Apply enforcement procedures and escalate high-risk or ambiguous cases.
- Document findings and recommend improvements to policy, review tools, and operational processes.
- Work with engineering, legal, policy, product, and operations partners on enforcement changes.
What we're looking for
- Experience in trust and safety, investigations, policy enforcement, fraud, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing datasets and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and documentation skills.
- The judgment to handle sensitive content and urgent escalations consistently.
Preferred experience
- Experience with SQL, Python, visualization, or workflow automation.
