2. ChatGPT Pro: $500 per month
ChatGPT Pro’s $500 tier includes ChatGPT Work and Codex, with Ultrafast access to GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6.1 Sol. Astra Ultrafast can generate tokens up to eight times faster than Astra in Standard mode in Codex.
Ultrafast uses the plan’s included usage at eight times the Standard rate. Pro also has $100 and $200 options; the $500 tier is the one that includes Ultrafast. Work and Codex share the same usage limits.
3. SuperGrok Heavy: $300 per month
SuperGrok Heavy costs $300 a month. It includes Grok Bot, xAI’s highest usage limits and fastest speeds, dedicated support, and early access to new features.
4. Claude Max 20x: $200 per month
Claude Max 20x costs $200 a month and provides twenty times Claude Pro’s per-session usage capacity. The subscription includes Claude Code, background tasks for reports and spreadsheets, and priority access to new features.
Fable 5.1 is included on Max. Fable models share up to 50% of the plan's weekly usage limit. Max 20x also includes $200 in monthly Claude API credits, which new subscribers can claim after seven days on the plan. Those credits refresh each billing cycle and expire if unused.
4. Perplexity Max: $200 per month
Perplexity Max costs $200 a month. It includes more access to advanced models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers, along with Research and Create files and apps.
Max also includes Max Assistant in the Comet browser and the highest weekly limit on browser-agent queries. Its creation tools can produce reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and web applications. Perplexity API usage is billed separately.
6. Google AI Ultra 20x: $199.99 per month
Google AI Ultra 20x costs $199.99 a month and includes up to twenty times Google AI Pro’s Gemini usage limits. It also adds the highest Antigravity rate limits, early access to features such as Deep Think, and 20 TB of storage across Gmail, Drive, and Photos.
The subscription includes Google Flow for video creation, Gemini in Google’s productivity apps, and YouTube Premium. Google also offers an Ultra 5x tier at $99.99 a month.
