If you bought Leiolai through an app store, cancel the subscription in that store’s account controls. For a purchase managed through Leiolai account settings, cancel there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No. A Leiolai balance top-up buys prepaid service use. A paid membership provides its Research limits and subscriber earning bonus. Developer API requests are billed against your balance by input and output tokens.

Where do I request a store-purchase refund?

Request a refund through the app store where you bought Leiolai. Under the Leiolai Terms, payments and purchased balance are non-refundable except where law or store policy requires otherwise. Canceling a renewal does not itself refund the purchase.
